Searching the Internet for Fresh Ideas

Coaches,

How often do you go to practice wishing you had something new to do with the team? A great way to find new ideas is searching the internet. A good start is www.youtube.com There are thousands of videos that demonstrate and explain drills that can applied right away. I find it very helpful for conditioning drills as well as team drills.

In the next few weeks, search the web and post drills, small sided games, conditioning activities, etc. for all coaches to view and provide feedback.

To contribute, here is a clip I received from World Class Coaching.

I find this small sided game to be great to change the level of which the game is played. It adds intensity to the practice and translates well to the game situations. The most important aspect is the conditioning it provides the players.

I look forward to your posts.
